Open Münzo, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. StoreKit will re-check your purchase history with Apple and unlock Pro. Two things account for almost every case where that fails: you are signed in to a different Apple Account than the one that bought it, or the device is offline and cannot reach the App Store. Check both, then try again.

If it still does not unlock, send us the Apple Account email you purchased with and we will look into it.

No. It is a single non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple Account. Install Münzo on the second device, sign in with the same account and tap Restore Purchases. If you use Family Sharing and have it enabled for purchases, your family group can use it too.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, and we never see the payment. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and select the purchase. If the reason is something broken in the app, please tell us as well so we can fix it.

That is deliberate. Münzo shows the date of the European Central Bank fixing it is actually using rather than the time it last tried to fetch, so a cached rate is never dressed up as a fresh one. The ECB publishes once per working day, so on a weekend or a bank holiday the newest available date is Friday. If the date is genuinely stale, check the device has a connection and reopen the conversion screen; rates refresh at most every six hours.

Münzo covers sixteen currencies today. If yours is not among them, write to us with the currency code and the denominations actually in circulation there. That is exactly the kind of request that gets acted on.

Force-quit Münzo and reopen it. The ad code is decided at launch, so the banner can survive until the next start. If it is still there afterwards, run Restore Purchases from Settings.

Both files are produced in standard formats: PDF for the receipt, comma-separated UTF-8 text for the export. They are handed to the iOS share sheet, so where they end up depends on what you pick. If a spreadsheet reads the numbers as text, check that it is set to a decimal point rather than a decimal comma. The CSV writes machine-readable values with a point on purpose, and it keeps the human-readable label in a separate column.

Münzo has no cloud sync by design, so history does not travel by itself. It is included in an encrypted iPhone or iCloud backup, so restoring a backup onto the new device brings it along. If you did not have a backup, the counts are gone. That is also why exported PDF and CSV receipts are worth keeping for anything that matters.

No. Münzo has no camera access and does no image recognition of any kind. It is a tally tool: you tap what you are holding and it does the arithmetic. Checking authenticity remains entirely on you.

Everything lives on the device. Clear individual counts from the history screen, or delete the app to remove all of it at once. There is no server-side copy, so there is nothing else to request from us.
